Need a good mobile repair shop

My phone(redmi) suddenly lost it functionality of front camera needs a repair, going to service center they would ask me to change the whole motherboard which would cost half the value of phone itself, there is another way to fix this which is Cpu reballing. THe worker needs to be skilled otherwise it will lose its other working functionality even after repair. So any good mobile repair shop please guide me for that Thank You
