Nail studio suggestion for a Noob

This is for all my nail enthusiasts! I need suggestions for a nail studio that offers basic acrylics or good clip-ons. Around Vijay Nagar - Palasia would be great. Since it's my first time, I have a budget constraint of under 500-1000.
