Loud music at 3 A.M in Nipania area

It's 3 am and somewhere in Nipania loud music is being blasted at a function. I live at a higher floor and still it's unbearable and I am unable to sleep. And it happens almost every day. People in the entire area suffers because of a few. How can people be so cruel? Have we lost all humanity?
