C21 Inox vs TI PVR

Wanted to watch Nosefaratu 2D, but the only screenings are in C21's Inox and Treasure Island's PVR. Which one will provide better screen and sound. I remember both of them being very average but it's been a long time since I visited either one and a little help would be appreciated.
