Barber/Salon/Hair Stylist Recommendations For Men

Hello Guys ! Can someone please recommend a nice hairstylist for men ? I’m looking for someone who understands things like fade/texture etc. I’ve been going to a popular salon since the last 2 years, but the problem is that he is not consistent. It’s a hit or miss. At times he’d give me the most perfect hairstyle and at times it’ll be a total disaster(something like a katora cut in the name of fade), hence I’m looking to chance my barber now. Distance and budget is not an issue.
