Aadhar card dob update

Hey my father date of birth onvaadh.. card is 01/01/correct year But it should be 08/08/ we never faced any problem till now nor he was aware of this bcz in addh.. Card only year was printed so never focused on this Now we are roaming here and there nagarnigam to mp online/aadhar serva Kendra No onle is helping or giving a clear solution only time + money is consuming what the hell this county is.... No one want to work or help 😭 What should we do now? Bcz birth certificate wasn't such thing during there time and the hospital in which my father was also destroyed long ago Hospital staff telling go to nagar nigam , nagar.. nigam telling give us proof of birth certificate what hell i getva solutions....
