Trouble loading specific website

I am having issues with loading CFA Institute website, it stops loading randomly, tried it across multiple browsers to rule out browser issue. Then used my phone hotspot and was able to access the website. I am on wifi with Asus RT-AC59U router and Macbook Pro please help!!
