Realme wireless earbuds are giving me unbearable headache

There's something really wrong with realme earbuds, I have realme earbuds, previously I have used other brands earbuds but never had any headache or anything. Every time I use these earbuds my head starts paining in 15-20 minutes, it gets so intense that I have to remove these. There are no research paper on if these products harm mentally or can cause any disorders, cancer etc. but there are discussions everywhere online, few months back I asked same thing and many agreed that it causes headache and ear pain, I stopped using earbuds for months and again started using but again headache started.... Can I file a official complaint somewhere? I am even thinking about sueing this company for not making enough research before selling faulty products
