New Scam via WhatsApp

Can anyone please tell me what tye hell is this new Scan I keep getting this notification from WhatsApp in every 2 hours from the last 7 days please help ,but i have never received any such amount and whenever i clibk on this notification nothing open ,my phone scren remains normal no activity
