Is s23 ultra on Amazon legit?

I wanted to buy s23 ultra, as it's cheaper than s24 ultra. But it's discontinued in all samsung stores and chroma near me. Also Cash in delivery option is not available on Amazon. So i am apprehensive about buying and expensive phone on Amazon which is discontinued elsewhere. Has anyone bought it in Amazon recently and was it legit.
