Is 4 GB Ram enough for daily phone use?

Looking at Galaxy F15 4GB model but people say it lags, slows down etc. But I won't play games. Will only use the phone for rear and front camera, watching youtube, FB, Insta etc. Would have bought Motorola G34 but it's not HD screen and also people said Motorola has screen issues. That's why looking at Galaxy F15. I don't know how Nokia is in that range :/
