how to find frds/colleague in tech?? im alone fr..

to the ppl who wrk in tech how do you find frds?like i find it extremely difficult to find frds call it colleagues if that sounds good But i find it so hard. Like there r ppl who work here from the same hometown yet i dont find it anything common between us they diss me,gossip abt me, even forget my exsistence and leave me alone everytime im a person who is ok with eating alone rather than with ppl who make me feel alone .I've tried interating with all culture ppl we r in good terms but uk that strong colleague bond is hard to find,its been like a month since i started working here im a person who is interactive,funny,and loves prblm solving(ik i dont have to say things about me but if there was anything to change in me)or myself/i just dont make a good frd/colleague!! Help me???
