Got a Replacement, But the Bass Feels Off,

So, I recently bought a headphone from Flipkart. I used it, and it had very good bass sound, but it felt a little tight on my ears. The problem was that it wasn’t charging, so I requested a replacement. Today, they replaced it. The new one looks to be in better condition compared to the previous one, but I feel like its bass is not as strong as the previous one. Also, in the previous one, the sound felt louder even at a lower volume, but now I have to increase the volume a little higher. Or maybe it's just my perception
