Am I in trouble ?

Hello folks ,,, I keep getting my login OTPs of different apps (through whatsapp rather than messages by idk bots such as DD code or Login OTP or SIMBoss etc.... I have blocked many of them but new comes out every next time ig. How can I fix this ? P.S. :- It's my first on this subreddit so please don't mind if I made some errors while writing.. THANKS 👍🏻
