Airtel wifi glitch or what ?

so what happen was i paused my tv's internet usage through airtel app...but as i resumed it my TV is showing no internet while connected to the wifi....also now i cannot see how ma y devices connected to my wifi on the airtel app.... ANY idea how to resolve this issue....
