Half of my phone screen automatically got this cyan/light blue box

It is not because of physical damage + yesterday in the evening i installed a security update but after update it was normal and today when I woke up and checked the phone it was like this . Tho I don't think that this is bcz of software update . Currently using in one handed mode Btw it's vivo 25 ( yes out of warranty)
