Turn off scam warning messages while calling

Every time I call, there's this annoying message I get to watch out for scams and cyber criminals before I hear the ring. Sometimes I just want to be able to call the other person quickly and this is preventing that. Currently using Airtel in Chennai, but I think this is happening with other service providers too. I just hate it. I know its done to warn the old ladies from falling for scams, but I just want to turn it off. How can I do this?
