Tata Play Fiber throttling adult sites

Yo guys not sure if it is just me but since today Tata has been throttling adult sites it seems. Every other website works fine but as soon as you open any adult sites that aren’t even blocked, it immediately starts throttling. The videos only load half way or do not load at all. The web page loads fine but the content doesn’t load. Using VPN or changing the DNS doesn’t work either. But as soon as you open a normal website, it works fine. Happening on my phone, tablet and computer. Anyone else facing this? Resolved: It was an issue with public IP. I turned off my router for about 30 mins until a new IP was assigned.
