Jio care spam

I get a lot of spam calls, I report them to TRAI using their DND app or just their SMS format. I've been doing this for about 3 months now, but recently I've started getting calls from "Jio Care" telling me the status of my DND request. "Regarding the complaint you raised, we have taken so and so action", and I'm like I raise a million complaints everyday, you have to be more specific. Then they do tell me the number the complaint was for. Now the problem is that most times it's just a robotic voice call saying "There is an important message for me from Jio", and it just hangs up moments later. It's such a hassle that these calls have become a new source of spam for me. I don't want Jio to call me 10 times to tell me they were unable to block 1 number. This seems ludicrous to me; almost feels like Jio is discouraging people from complaining. I couldn't find anyone else facing this on reddit. Is it just me?
