Any options for Applecare like insurance for Android?

Hi, do you use any screen damage protection for your android by paying extra and how has been your experience with the said company. Please share the details. I'm mainly interested in this because the last few phones I've had to replace were all because of screen damage from drops. I won't mind paying extra for this.
