Airtel's Scammy Data Limits – What’s Going On?
My recharge was ending today, and I had already used up my daily 3GB data earlier in the day. So, I decided to recharge with the ₹838 pack (3GB/day). But now, instead of getting a fresh 3GB for today, it’s still showing that I’ve already used up my daily limit! Basically, Airtel is just carrying over the old recharge's data cap instead of resetting it with the new pack. This is outright scammy behavior—if the recharge starts counting from today, the data limit should reset too! This never used to happen before. Airtel is getting greedier by the day, and if Jio provided decent service in my area, I would have switched long ago.5
