What's your take on this NGO's opinion?

So....I came across this SIFF foundation and tbh am appaled by the backwarded views on women by the founders of this NGO. This foundation seems like it's just a cover up for hating women. Am all up for equality but wtf is "women are burden"?? Most women these days earn their keep, even housewives who Don't do a 9-5 job they manage the entire house. How are women a burden??? And wtf is legalizing dowry??? The heck??
