Indians speaking against India to please foreigners

There is this trend by some Indians to constantly shame India in international Subreddits. Posts dominated by Americans have a habit of throwing racist comments to India and bringing up casteism. Whats worse is people like this reditor who is an Indian but will say bs to please white people. This guy further denied caste based reservation, saying its only for people from economically poor backgrounds. When I called him ignorant and university/PSU reservation is majorly caste based, they had no reply. This is not to say that casteism doesn't exist in India, but the way they bring up caste issues for everything is annoying. On another post they bring this up for Indian work life imbalance. What does work life imbalance has to do with casteism?! And whats even more unbearable are those who go "As an Indian I apologize for this behaviour" I've never seen American or European people apologize like this sigh
