Why Google (Youtube) is not summoned in IndiaGotLatent controversy?

Previously, Instead of talent Platform got notices since its their platform's responsibility. Now, responsibility lies with Talent only, why? Youtube (Google) take 45% revenue share with no responsibility. That's Great for any foreign brand.
