Irony when one realises Supernatural/Naagin/Daayan genres were better than current pandemic of Bengali show remakes.

The period of 2016-2020 was the era when plethora of Supernatural shows used to air on every GEC. I feel like we aren’t talking much about the state of ITV, which is honestly just sad to watch. There used to be all kinds of shows crime, fantasy, horror, comedy, proper family dramas. Did Rani really slept with Digvijay? I mean they didn't show much but they did show them too close. If she really did, its not just morally wrong but also a crime. Guy was under influence and she was in her senses, how can this be taken as consent? If we reverse gender roles here, it look so bad on show and channel. Its just so hard for me to digest, they just showed something like this and they are also gonna glorify it.

Please recommend some serials to watch which are not SaaS bahu and no fictions like naggin crap. There r some I already watched so needs similar as below also I love period drama. 1.jodha akbar 2. Ghum 4 could have been linked back to Ghum 1

The ML looks like Pulkit, Deviyani's husband from Gen 1 who was a college professor. He's also very sweet and caring as Pulkit was. Back when Ghum 1 was airing I had a crush on him 😂😂 This is just a fleeting thought and may not make sense but if the current ML was introduced as descendant or young cousin of Pulkit it'd make sense and may help TRP.

Does ITV audience still like saas-bahu?

This is a genuine question. People who actually watch itv, like are really watching it or family members that they know are watching it, answer the question. I personally think it gives the wrong message, but do you know people who actually enjoy watching a doormat FL and torturous saas? Does the Indian audience not like FLs who stand up for themselves or is this just an itv thing where they don't listen to the public?

Opinions On Naagin series

At some point the writers forgot that even the lead naagins are supposed to be morally grey. Morally grey isn't just your Femme fatale parallel leads, it's just having complicated and/or loose moral compass. Mouni & Surbhi Chandna's characters were proper bloodthirsty Chaotic Good—good intention, questionable methods. Teja's characters got into this whole mahanta role at some point, even Nia too.
