Who is the actual audience for ITV???

I wonder who the target audiences for ITV actually is. I was under the assumption that it is always for Indian aunties, moms, and grandmothers. However, are there people beyond those group of people who actively watch and are a huge fan of ITV? I'm a teenage Highschool girl and I don't live in India. However, I am absolutely obesessed with ITV, despite it's issues. I believe that there is actually good content out there looking past top shows like Anupamma that kind of has a bad rep. I honestly prefer ITV over English netflix shows, Kdramas, or Anime. I tried watching those but none of them are as entertaining as ITV. I also love Turkish shows. Despite it's stupidity, I think there is still a lot to appreciate from it. A new episode everyday rather than 8 episodes every 2 years. Better connection to characters as we actually see their development almost everyday of their life. I wish ITV was more popular. Like Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon has wide international popularity but still doesn't compare to K dramas or Anime. If ITV also decides to not do high-voltage drama or stupid scenes, they don't get high viewership. This really makes me wonder the kind of audience that watches ITV. Right now it seems like the viewership is going DOWN but I hope it progresses with better stories and a more open-minded audience. Also Doesn't TRP only reflect viewership in India? is there no reflection for Internetional audiences or streaming platforms? Not many people watch cable TV nowadays so obviously TRP would get lower. But still I wonder, who is the actual audience for ITV?
