Does anybody remember Digangana Suryavanshi from Veera?

She’s had such a glow-up! I even heard her mom used to make her bathe in milk—crazy, right? I checked her Instagram recently, and it’s mostly ads. Every reel is for some brand or product. Does anyone know what she’s up to now? Is she still acting, or has she moved on to something else? Also something I don’t get is how people’s features, like their nose, suddenly look so sharp and princess-like as they grow up. Skincare glow I get, but features? The lips, nose and eye lid area, they’re all different. Is it just genetics, or is there more to it?
