Ever got to know about the primary or desired storyline about a show that ended differently?

There were few but I got two Such shows' rough sketches on how the makers planned it to go on and none of them followed the same path. One was har yug mei aayega ek arjun and other was kaisi yeh yariyaan. Where kaisi yeh yariyaan turned into a fairytale by Changing the rout, there arjun turned into disaster. I had read that gorkey had planned Arjun to fall for riya hard, harder than he fell for roshni. And riya was supposed to come out of her docile zone and become someone who could slit throat and aid an wunded depending on the situation. Unfortunately that never came on board and show got only darker. On the other hand kyy was barely supposed to be about manan to that extent the way it became. The holding strings was friendship like most other yuth shows. But fans went crazy for manan. Did you know any such changes of the shows
