To underline the scale of the agitation, the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) has arranged a special train from Charlapalli railway station to Delhi, scheduled to depart at 9 am Monday. Thousands of party workers are expected to board the train alongside TPCC president B Mahesh Kumar Goud and AICC Telangana in-charge Meenakshi Natarajan.
