Kerala Moves Closer To Vizhinjam–Balaramapuram Tunnel Rail Project; Tender Expected In September

The Kerala government is preparing to invite bids next month for the tunnel rail project linking Vizhinjam International Seaport with Balaramapuram railway station, according to a Times of India
