Amit Shah Tables Bills In Lok Sabha To Ensure Automatic Removal Of PM, CMs, Ministers Held For 30 Days In Custody On Serious Charges

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday (20 August) introduced three bills in the Lok Sabha to establish a mechanism for the removal of the Prime Minister, Union ministers, Chief Ministers, and state ministers if arrested and detained for 30 consecutive days on serious criminal charges.
