Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday (15 June) affirmed the State government's commitment to prevent nefarious elements from encroaching upon the lands of "genuine Indian citizens" in Dhubri or elsewhere in Assam, news agency ANI reported.
