    What to do about the terrible nutrition composition of mess food?

    I think we can agree that the mess food is very bad in terms of nutrition, and not in par with a balanced diet. I'm tired of eating carbs(roti) on carbs(aloo) on carbs(rice), it's high on calories and there's barely any protein in the meals. Non veg is provided, but the quantity is really disappointing. Only breakfast is good, since we can purchase eggs and there's bananas for fibre, rest of the meals are pathetic especially for those who are more concerned about their health. I think us students deserve a healthy, nutritious diet. Any solutions?
