General Championship Certificates

Hello folks, I hope you're doing well. I graduated in 2023. My Hall won the gold medal in the General Championship for a sport in 2023, which I was also a part of. However, I could not collect any certificate or proof since I graduated. Now I need these certificates/proofs for college applications. Any idea whom should I contact for these Certificates? Should directly I mail the Gymkhana/TSG or GSec for Socult?
