Study Circles in IIT?

Hi all! I'm a B Tech graduate (not IIT) and was wondering if there are study circles or other facilities for outsiders to learn/interact. I'm not particularly looking for a certificate course or anything, but a place to gain knowledge and have doubts cleared. I understand there are options on the internet, but I prefer a face to face interaction. Subject I'm interested in is semiconductors in general. Thanks.
