Seniors, pls help this faccha 2nd sem(messed up everything)

Mai bikul padhai pe focus nhi kar pa rha hu due to my mental health issue (pls see my prevs posts). Abhi tak jitne bhi quiz hua hai iss sem sabme avg se kam marks hai , abhi bhi koi motivation nhi aa rha padhne ka , minors bhi aa rhe , bahut daar lag rha hai, cg puri thuk jayegi .
