Crazy traffic even at non-peak hours and it’s only increasing.

What are the possible solutions to this? Stop saying stuff like: Please don’t come to Hyderabad and all; a lot of companies are coming up and hiring a lot and so given a better opportunity everyone would like to shift unless it’s a completely remote job.
