why is this happening?

I am 20 M and for past 20 years I have never been outside of my area , I was born in a hospital 500m away from my home , I was raised in play school 200m away my school was 2.5 km away and my college is 4 km away and now I am intern which is completly work from home ,, feels like i am locked somehow and i cannot see anything outside ,, maximum i went far was shiridi and tirupati ,, i do want to roam and meet people and make network for better opportunities in life.. any suggestions for me?
