Urgent Help: Toxic Work Environment

I’m here asking for help because this community has never let me down in the past. My friend is working at a finance company where the work culture is shit. The manager is extremely toxic, rude and straight up unprofessional. She is a semi qualified CA and this is her first job. It’s been six months since she has been there and Ive been asking her to hang in there, get atleast a year of experience before she decides to quit. Sadly, things have gotten worse and I am genuinely concerned and scared for her well being. She barely gets any sleep or does anything apart from her job. We have been applying for jobs but haven’t heard anything back. Which is why I am here. If any of you good folks have any referrals for jobs or know any opportunities, please help us.
