Unhygienic in restrooms

I am (31m) recently visiting from overseas (NRI) and I’ve visited a few establishments, pubs and clubs and it feels like none of the guys wash their hands after going to the restroom. I’m out here washing my hands and everyone just leaves lol. Like wtf? I’m not sure if this applies to the ladies restroom as well, but I don’t know if this is laziness or just plain stupid. There’s a wash basin, paper towels and hand dryer for a reason. Start using it for god sakes. Or maybe I’m just OCD. Your thoughts ?
