Someone hit my bike while it was parked

I parked my bike next to a tree and there is ample amount of space in the road for traffic. After my work was done, my bike was still on stand but I noticed some dirt and my torn seat. At first glance I thought some local kid scratched my seat when I am about to sit I noticed my handle weight broken. When I checked, my bike was on scratches and thought it might have fell down. Later I noticed my broken mirror too, a simple fall shouldn't have caused such damage, most likely an auto guy or someone hit the bike and carefully kept it back as it is. I'm also suspecting a fork bend or something. It doesn't feel very stable when driving after this incident. The problem is it's not a big incident to report neither small enough to forget. So I am sharing here :(
