Snapchat ruined my life.

I have removed my ex as a friend a couple of months ago. Before that we we snapped each other everyday. The best friends tag, and the streak that I had with him still showed up in my phone when my boyfriend looked up my ex's profile on my phone. We've even mailed the support team for confirmation and I got a vague diplomatic response that made him believe that I cheated on him. He broke up with me now. I'm so heartbroken and depressed. Has anyone noticed these kinds of glitches of Snapchat before? Edit: The purpose of my post was not to downgrade the guy. I just wanted someone to help me out with any such glitches they might have faced. I know I would never cheat on him.
