Retards with camera

It was around 11 am and planned to meet a frnd and go out. He was coming to my nearest metro because, traffic. So here he was already at station waiting for me. when I reached he could see my car and was getting down through stairs(we were on call). I stopped near the exit he was coming from and just after 2 seconds, I see a guy wearing white shirt, khaki pants, white hat, camera in hand... walking towards me. Took photo of my car(dude its not a lambo) I went up to him and said my frnd is coming down i just stopped to pick him up. But he didn't listen, fined a challan of 1000. While the road wasn't even busy and i didnt cause any obstruction and didnt even get off the car. Bc 1 min usko bithane bhi nahi ruk sakta kya ab. Ajeeb gandu insan hai. Bas isme hi sabse jyada teezi dikhate hai bhadwe.
