Research participants required

Hello everyone, I am currently pursuing an idea for startup. As part of my research, I am exploring the packaging related challenges faced by customers shopping online. My research involves conducting an online survey and some interviews to understand the experience with packaging in detail. What are the biggest and smallest of problems you have faced. I am currently in the data collection phase and seeking participants who meet the following criteria: * Shop online often * 18 years of age or older This research will help understand the needs that still remain unmet and how to solve them sustainably.
