Need a help guys!?help your Lil bro

So I have 2 internships going on 1) in hyderabad which is giving me 15k stipend and food and other amenities If I get converted into fte it will become around 60k salary The issue The conversion rate is not assured and I have seen some people working for more than a year(the intern period was only 6 months) 2) in Chennai whichnis online for now which will give 20k stipend, the fte is a bit guaranteed when compared to Hyderabad one The issue I need to go to Chennai which I really don't want to and Hyderabad was my dream company to work in I'm not able to set my mind Any suggestions and what would you guys do here Help your Lil bro out please
