Moving back to Hyderabad- Ghar

Hey folks, I’m 26 and in the US, I’m moving back to hyderabad and I have a budget of 2- 2.5 Crores. I’m originally from Malkajgiri- Sainikpuri area, and I am stuck between 2 options. 1. Getting a High rise apartment in MyHome group in the new city ? 2. Getting a 300 Sq yards constructed home near Saket, Kapra, Malkajgiri area so that I stay close to the area I was growing up in ? Any suggestions? This is not for investment, it is to love close to my and my extended family… i work in corporate, so have to travel atleast 3 days a week to the tech hub.. How to make my plan around it ?
