Hey, I have small thing to share with u guys. On oct 27th we moved to Manikonda as tenants. We (brother n myself) we clearly informed that we 2 have 2 to 3 Frnd’s and they may come for sometime and also mentioned that parents will come for few days. And owners said ok then it won’t be an issue. Yesterday : my frnd just came for few hours n had lunch with me n left. Evening around 9 : owner called me and asked to come down with brother. We went there in meanwhile I know she noticed my frnd when he came. N on that she asked us to come down to discuss. (She had a knee problem so can’t walk). She started discussing the things which are not actual points like u r paying rent not only to stay we made exceptions of water bill maintenance bill and all the she said to park bike all charges 1500rs per month l. I was like awe struck. Then she made maintanance around 5000 per person and said we are making you exception on paying all and made u comfortable but u guys r disobeying our rules and allowing ur Frnd’s inside our house. This is indisplinary and U guys should inform while ur parents arrival but u didn’t. N again I felt these guys r screw loss why should I inform them about my parents. I’m paying rent n make our own place to live but they r implementing garbage stuff as rules and asked us to leave by this eom(end of the month). We said ok with smiling face. Coz we r happy to be get rid of this faces early. With shit rules saying should take permission for parents arrival. N one other We called one owner for rent saying we stay n we have parents visit n sister visits in a month coz of they are living in other city for work purpose, Owner (dirty mind for me ): that is not allowed coz ur sis is for u but she wont be sis to ur frnd so this is not allowed. (My feeling is like )Where this is going how people can say this shitty things without seeing anyone. Edit : rent 15k bhayya inni conditions.
