Idk what to do anymore

I (m21) have been talking to this older girl(f28) and we have gotten along well and we have talked about having sex but idk if I should do it or not(I am a virgin) she lives close to my house as well and seems like a good person but I'm still having second thoughts. What do u guys think I should do. I keep thinking I'm only doing this as I haven't ever done it before otherwise I probably would not do it with her
