How to deal with life when it's totally messed up?

Tbh, since the day I arrived in Hyderabad, things haven't been going well. My 6-year-long relationship, which I had brought with me from my hometown, ended shortly after I moved here due to certain reasons. As a result, I've lost confidence in making new friends. It feels like my self-esteem has hit rock bottom. Every day is a struggle with emotional stress and baggage. So I'm eager to form new connections here and would appreciate having someone willing to listen.
