Help if you can. Friend’s mom admitted in ICU.

Hi all. My friend’s mom was admitted in KIMS Sunshine hospital on 24/01 for a CVA ( Brain Stroke. Each day in the ICU is costing 70k - 1l and he has exhausted his insurance and personal funds.
